GARDEN OF SMILES: Growing healthy and happy in celebration of World Smile Day with the Boys & Girls Club – Palm Springs!
SUNSHINE STATIONS:
- Sustainable Gardening: we will educate students how they can easily create their own garden no matter where you live or how much space you have.
- Healthy Eating: we will teach simple and healthy cooking classes where kids will learn to make nutritious snacks. This not only teaches them about healthy eating but also gives them practical life skills.
- Mindfulness: we will lead a guided meditation and yoga session.
